I got a short and sweet update for you today, critters!

We're sooo close to unlocking the frogman and mini nessie!! Share the campaign with your monster-loving friends-- let's add these cryptic cuties to the lineup tonight!



We're also very close to 2000 backers, and that warrants some celebration. Once we hit 2000 backers (and trust me, we will) ALL backers who pledge at the plush level or higher will receive a gold foil adoption certificate with their plush!

Due to the high cost to print gold foil designs, only one certificate per person will be included but I will also make them available in the add-on shop at cost (so you pay only what I pay for them).

Yippeee!! I'm so excited to get the samples started on these guys, and now that my suppliers are back from their holiday, I can do just that! (Speaking of samples, my supplier confirmed the notdeer and nessie revisions will be finished this week 💖)

You can now find the mini backpacks in the add-on section!



The add-on section also received this highly relatable Bites-a-Lot keychain featuring art from Charmsey!



And as promised, I've started compiling all the Design a Snughoul submissions I've received so far! PLEASE NOTE: I'm still working through them so if you don't see your design just yet, don't panic.

IT IS TIME!! I'm so very excited to share the contest for this campaign because it's highkey the best one yet-- a DESIGN A GHOUL challenge!!

The premise is simple: pick one of several snughoul bases and create your dream snughoul! Charmsey and I will then choose our 5 favorites to be voted on by the community, and the winner will become an OFFICIAL S3 snughoul 🎉

Prize: ONE winner will receive a free, plush version of their design and a $500 credit to spend in the Tiny Teeth store and/or apply to their backerkit pledge.

The FOUR runner-ups who did not win the poll will receive a $65 credit to spend in the Tiny Teeth store and/or apply to their backerkit pledge.

Rules:

‼️PLEASE READ THESE THOROUGHLY‼️If your question is not answered here, then feel free to ask it in the comments.

  • ONE submission per person.
  • ONLY species with bases provided will be accepted.
  • You MUST use the provided template, but you can make changes to the line art and include additional notes as long as the base body shape stays the same.
  • For example: adding or changing the shape of existing horns, adding wings, adding extra limbs, changing the expression, adding flowers, scars, and so on is all perfectly fine.
  • You CAN change the species of a base snughoul, as long as the new species is adjacent to the original (like changing the unicorn to a pegasus).
  • Consider the limitations of the materials. Simple designs with fewer colors/markings/etc are more likely to be chosen due to them being easier to replicate.
  • Both digital and traditional submissions are accepted. If a traditional submission is chosen to be part of the final vote, it will be converted to a digital design for the sake of consistency and fairness. 
  • I reserve the right to make changes to the winning design to make it easier to replicate or to better fit in the the S3 collection.
  • Please submit a name suggestion with your final design!  

‼️Additional design tips!‼️

  • Please take into account that embroidery makes things stiffer, so I suggest using it somewhat sparingly or getting creative about its application. 

  • Printed patterns are also an option, but in general should also be used sparingly (for example: Gutsy Were's belly badge)

  • Longer furs CAN be printed on if the printed color is darker than the base material (the arm stripes on the baku, for example). This may be a better alternative to embroidery in some cases due to its softness.

  • Exact color matches are a challenge, so flexibility in your design is a must.

  • If your design doesn't meet the submission requirements, I will provide feedback so you have an opportunity to make adjustments. You won't be disqualified unexpectedly!

Today's update is a BIGGUN critters, so make sure to scroll to the very end!!!

First, with the unlock of the infernal seraphim and guardian lion, I thought it would be handy to share a chart of all the snughouls we've unlocked so far! WHAT A CROWD!! (hopefully I didn't forget anybody lol)

Our supplier comes back from their holiday in the next couple days, which means we'll be full steam ahead on prototyping again! Nessie and the hungry notdeer are nearly finished, and the gryphon and guardian lion should be hot on their heels, so I hope to have more sample pictures to share very soon 💖
 




Now that we've demolished our last stretch goal, it's also time to add a few more 🎉 These were decided with the help of our most recent poll, so thank you for your feedback and I hope everyone enjoys the new goodies!

Only a few hundred dollars away from 225k and our next unlock! Who's gonna be the generous backer who tips us over the goal? 🤭

To sweeten the pot, the discord and I have been brainstorming some wristie ideas and here are the first two to join the S3 lineup! These 5" plush snack packs will feature an elastic band on the back so your snughoul can enjoy a sweet treat too this Halloween 🎃🍬

You'll find these in the add-on section now, with more to come over the next couple weeks so keep an eye out!
